Excellent restaurant with highly sought-after cuisine, original, elegant, exquisite but without excess and without error. We were told that the menu changes very regularly, which is a shame for those who will not be able to appreciate the quality of the current menu!

An excellent evening where you discover the high level of culinary art coupled with impeccable service, with perfect food and wine pairings. The chef leads an exceptional team both in the kitchen and in the dining room. Everyone participates in sublimating inventive dishes both in the combinations of tastes, in the presentation and in the explanations of the service virtuosos. Let’s add choices of wines that add to this taste wonder an accompaniment that is as perfect as it is original. We already want to come back another season to discover other exceptional dishes.

We thank Solène and her colleague for the welcome, the presentation of the dishes and their kindness. We also thank the entire brigade for the excellence of the dishes offered. It was a wonderful time spent at Solena. Congratulations to the chef for the composition of his menu. It was flawless both on the plate and in the room. It was a great culinary discovery. Amazing experience! For lunch it was a good menu option consisting of some starters, entry plate, main dish (which they were able to adapt to my allergy) and two desserts.

Generally speaking, beyond the approximate East meets West style in its execution, too much mixing of flavors in each dish: only the chocolate dessert was worthy of a one-star restaurant. Lamb chop in second position - the caviar unfortunately takes over. Lukewarm dishes, and as for the St Pierre served yesterday, cooking problem. Sent back to the kitchen and received a second time raw in the center. Frankly unacceptable for a 1*. Not knowing the menu it is difficult to choose the wine. Red wine by the glass served very\too cold. Finally, minimalist and not very welcoming room. To conclude with the bill it would be interesting to have the dinner menu served. Feedback shared at the end of dinner with the wait staff. We are disappointed, and hope that the chef will take our feedback into account.
